A community-focused organization in Birmingham is seeking an Employment Coach to provide essential employment support to individuals with health conditions. In this full-time role, you will assist a maximum caseload of 25 participants in obtaining and sustaining employment, in alignment with their vocational goals, while engaging with NHS clinicians. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving measurable outcomes in an impactful environment. Competitive salary package included.

• Proven experience of supporting people to obtain or keep work.
• Proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver employment support to participants in parallel to health treatments.
• Assist participants in obtaining and sustaining employment.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for referrals and job sustainment.
