Job summary
Seetec Group Ltd. in Bath is seeking a Youth Employment Advisor to lead a team and coach participants to overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment. You will manage caseloads, provide tailored guidance, and work closely with employers and partners to create progression opportunities.
The role requires safeguarding knowledge, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. 37 hours per week, permanent contract, closing date 15 October 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people aged 18-24.
- Experience managing caseloads and delivering outcomes in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and safeguarding understanding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to travel across the required geographic area.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach a team of Youth Employment Advisors to meet targets.
- Oversee caseloads and participant journeys with data-driven interventions.
- Deliver high-quality, personalised support including assessments and action plans.
- Help young people build confidence and workplace readiness.
- Secure employment opportunities with employers and partners.
- Ensure accurate records and compliance.
