Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to handle cases from initial query through resolution. You will provide practical advice across the HR team and help managers deal with people issues fairly and consistently in a global organisation.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working with three days in the office per week and a focus on disciplinary, grievance and absence processes, with responsibilities including documenting cases and sharing insights with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Practical knowledge of disciplinary, grievance and absence processes.
• Ability to give clear, balanced advice to managers.
• Experience preparing accurate employee relations documentation.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Understanding HR policies and their consistent application.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear employee relations advice to managers on workplace matters.
• Manage employee relations cases from initial query through to resolution.
• Support fair handling of disciplinary, grievance and absence matters.
• Prepare guidance and documentation for employee relations cases.
• Work with HR colleagues to maintain a joined-up approach.
• Keep accurate case records and handle information with care.
• Help managers understand next steps and apply policies consistently.
• Identify common employee relations themes and share insights with the team.
