Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a professional services firm on a 3-month contract, hybrid in Farnham.

You will advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases, assist investigations, and ensure policies are followed with fair, consistent solutions. CIPD qualification and solid knowledge of UK employment law are required.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification is required.
• Experience in Employee Relations or HR Advisor role, ideally in a law firm, accountancy firm or professional services.
• Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR processes.
• Comfortable advising managers on a range of ER matters.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
• Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
• Assist with investigations and case management.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide general HR advice and support as required.
