Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide practical and professional HR support to managers across a range of HR matters. This role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home once fully trained.

The successful candidate will manage a busy casework portfolio, deliver confident advice, and support end-to-end resolution of employee relations matters, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing a broad range of complex employee relations casework.
• Knowledge of current employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience drafting HR correspondence and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and conduct.
• Provide timely and accurate HR advice to managers while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
• Support managers through the full case management process, including documentation and reports.
• Attend formal meetings and hearings to provide procedural guidance and HR advice.
• Interpret and apply HR policies consistently and fairly.
• Advise on terms and conditions of employment and general workforce queries.
• Maintain accurate case records and utilise HR systems for reporting.
• Build relationships with managers, employees and trade union representatives.
