Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a professional services firm on a 3-month hybrid contract based in Farnham. You will provide practical ER guidance, support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases, and help investigations.

You will work autonomously, maintain accurate records, ensure HR policies are followed, and deliver timely, practical HR advice to a busy firm.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification and solid Employee Relations experience.
• Experience in an Employee Relations or HR advisory role, ideally in professional services.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes.
• Comfortable advising managers on ER matters.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
• Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
• Assist with investigations and case management.
