Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting an Employee Relations Specialist on a 6-month temporary contract. The role is full-time with hybrid working and a daily rate of 300-350 inside IR35. You will advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters, handling a varied caseload and guiding stakeholders.

This role sits in the People Team of a large organisation undergoing change and technology updates. CIPD qualification or equivalent is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong ER experience in large/complex organisations.
• High-volume ER caseload handling from start to finish.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical guidance on disciplinary, grievance and absence cases.
• Own a varied caseload from initial advice to resolution.
• Coach managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Identify trends to improve ER policies and processes.
