Yeo Valley Group is seeking an ER Specialist/HR Advisor to support employee relations across the business. You will apply People Policies, advise managers, and maintain case files with accurate records.

The role demands up-to-date UK employment law knowledge and a data-driven approach to drive improvements. You will work with People Services and Partners to analyze HR data, produce reports, and coach managers on policy adherence and performance processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as ER Specialist/HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice in people policies.
• Ability to build dashboards and reports from HR data.

Aufgaben

• Act as a point of contact for interpretation and application of People Policies.
• Provide procedural advice to People Managers to resolve ER cases while upholding values.
• Record notes from formal meetings and maintain case files in required systems.
• Oversight of attendance management and policy compliance.
• Coach managers on performance management processes and policy adherence.
• Review and update policies to reflect legislation and company purpose.
• Collaborate with People Services/Partners to analyze people data and generate insights.
• Lead workshops with managers on new tools and procedures.
