GSF Car Parts is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert ER support across our branch network and support functions. You will work closely with managers to resolve disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters, ensuring compliant, fair processes and accurate documentation.

You will lead case management end-to-end, attend ER meetings (virtual or on-site), and support policy reviews with the ER Manager and HRBP team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role with significant ER exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Confident managing disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex issues clearly to managers at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident decision-maker with sound judgement and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Employee Relations Case Management across the branch network.
• Provide timely advice to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance matters.
• Manage a varied ER caseload from start to finish with proper documentation.
• Attend formal ER meetings (virtually or on-site) as required.
• Support escalation and resolution of complex cases with ER Manager or HRBP.
• Maintain up-to-date ER case records, trackers, and reports.
