Job summary

Healthxchange is seeking a People Partner - Employee Relations Lead to lead end-to-end ER casework across a multi-site operation in the UK. You will coach on-site managers, ensure compliant, fair outcomes and help drive proactive case management and employee engagement.

You’ll collaborate with the People Director on TUPE, integration and culture projects, spending significant time on-site while traveling to London and other sites. A strong ER background and CIPD Level 5 are essential.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON experience in employee relations within high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and ACAS Code of Practice.
• Proven ability to coach managers and build ER capability.
• Analytical mindset with data on case volumes, absence and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ER casework across the business with fair, legally sound outcomes.
• Advise managers on performance, attendance, and shift patterns with consistency.
• Be the on-site ER partner, coaching frontline leaders across shifts.
• Drive early resolution and reduce formal processes and external spend.
• Support TUPE, organisational change and culture projects with the People Director.
• Monitor ER data and provide insights to senior management.
