Portfolio Group is seeking an ER-focused HR professional to join its team in a hands-on, client-facing role. You will attend client sites to conduct disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings, advise on investigations and disputes, and produce case summaries with practical outcomes.

The role offers a mix of home-based working and client visits across the UK, requiring flexibility and the ability to travel at short notice. Strong communication and report-writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR consultancy, HR management or employment law.
• Strong knowledge of disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.
• Confidence in running formal meetings and handling sensitive conversations.

Responsibilities
