GSF Car Parts is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert ER support across our branch network and support functions. You will work with managers to resolve disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters while ensuring policy compliance and robust case documentation.

You'll also coach managers, deliver ER training, and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture aligned with GSF values across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role with significant ER exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Confident managing disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex issues clearly to managers at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Employee Relations Case Management from start to finish with accurate documentation.
• Provide timely advice to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance matters.
• Attend ER meetings virtually or on-site and support best practice.
• Escalate and resolve complex cases with ER Manager or HRBP team.
• Maintain ER case records, trackers, and reports.
• Support policy reviews and ensure consistent policy application across branches.
