Job summary

Ubico Limited is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team, providingexpert ER support across Wiltshire sites including Trowbridge, Salisbury and Calne. You will partner with managers to deliver high-quality advice on ER matters.

The role focuses on investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness absence management, policy development, and reducing people-related risk, with regular travel to sites; a proactive, inclusive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on employee relations cases and investigations.
• Proven ability to assist disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Ability to provide practical ER guidance to managers and staff.
• Experience with sickness absence management and meetings.
• Competence in preparing documentation for hearings and reviews.
• Ability to monitor absence data and identify trends.
