Job summary

Education Provider (Nuneaton) is seeking an ER Advisor on a temporary contract with hybrid working, including two days from home. The role pays around £22 per hour via Umbrella company, and starts as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations advisory, strong absence management skills and welfare casework, with knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR advisor supporting managers with employee relations casework.
• Strong background in sickness absence management and welfare cases.
• Knowledge of current employment legislation and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 20–30 ER cases focusing on absence and welfare issues.
• Provide legally compliant ER advice to managers across the organization.
• Guide managers through sickness absence processes and return-to-work discussions.
