Job summary

Ubico Limited in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team across multiple sites in Trowbridge, Salisbury and Calne. You will partner with managers to provide expert advice on a wide range of ER matters, ensuring policy compliance and fair outcomes.

In this hands-on role you will conduct ER investigations, assist with disciplinary and grievance processes, support sickness absence management, prepare documentation and hearings, monitor absence data, and

Responsibilities

• Supporting and contributing to ER investigations, helping ensure fair and balanced outcomes
• Assisting managers with disciplinary and grievance processes, giving them the confidence to lead effectively
• Providing practical advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of ER topics
• Supporting sickness absence management, including attending meetings and helping identify appropriate solutions
• Preparing documentation and supporting hearings and case reviews
• Monitoring absence data and helping identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Coaching and guiding managers to build their confidence in handling people matters
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for ER queries across the business
• Supporting with the development and updating of people policies
• Helping ensure we manage and reduce people-related risk across the organisation
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and insights on ER activity
• Supporting with conflict resolution and mediation, always with a fair and balanced approach
