The role will provide support across a range of employee relations matters, working closely with managers and employees to ensure issues are handled fairly and consistently.

About you

• You will be CIPD qualified.


• Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role, ideally working in a law firm, accountancy firm or professional services environment.


• Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR processes.


• Comfortable advising managers on a range of ER matters.


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.


• This would suit an experienced HR professional who can quickly get up to speed and provide practical ER support within a busy professional services environment
