CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a 3-month contract, working on a hybrid basis from our Farnham offices. The role focuses on delivering practical ER support and guidance across managers and staff within a busy professional services environment.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with solid UK employment law knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload independently.
