This role involves supporting colleagues and managers through complex cases, providing clear legal advice, and coaching managers to handle people issues effectively. Candidates must have proven experience in an Employee Relations role, a strong understanding of UK employment law, and the ability to maintain accuracy in case records. Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisor or HRBP role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Experience managing a varied ER caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for ER matters.
• Manage ER cases end-to-end fairly and consistently.
• Coach managers to handle people issues appropriately.
