You will advise management, handle Employment Tribunal claims, and ensure compliance with legislation. The role requires a formal HR qualification or experience, with at least 2 years in HR employee relations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Offering a salary up to £34,000, this position is based anywhere in the UK or allows for remote work.

Qualificações

• Formal qualification in a HR-related area or equivalent employee-relations experience.
• 2 years of recent HR employee-relations specialist experience in a contact centre.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for managers on complex employee-relations matters.
• Handle Employment Tribunal claims: write responses and prepare bundles.
• Support change programmes in redeployment and redundancy.
