Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is recruiting a People & Culture Advisor to join a busy HR team in the United Kingdom. You will provide practical advice and coaching to managers and employees, with a focus on Employee Relations.

You will handle the full employee lifecycle and support the implementation of policies and processes, working in a collaborative, proactive environment. CIPD Level 3 is advantageous; strong ER experience is essential for this hands-on advisory role.

Qualifications

• Experience advising managers on employee relations issues.
• Ability to interpret policies and employment law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support across the employee lifecycle with a focus on Employee Relations.
• Assist managers through ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and capability matters.
• Contribute to policy reviews and HR process improvements.
• Produce HR reports and information from people data.
• Build relationships with managers and colleagues to deliver a responsive HR service.
