Job summary

City of Glasgow College is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer to join our People & Culture team. You will provide expert HR advice, support recruitment, and help manage employee relations across the College.

You'll analyse workforce data, contribute to policy development, and help deliver a high-quality HR service in a busy, student-focused environment. Hybrid working available with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources (or equivalent qualification and experience).
• Experience providing HR advice across a broad range of people matters.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using HR systems and producing management information and reports.
