The Fedcap Group is seeking an Employability Tutor/Trainer for on-site delivery in Skelmersdale. You will run group workshops and 1:1 coaching to help clients develop CVs, digital skills, interview techniques and broader career planning to secure meaningful employment.
You will use adult-education principles, adapt to varied learning styles and collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact training that improves outcomes and confidence.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £27,642 rising to £29,407 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.
Location: On-site Skelmersdale (WN8 6NN)
