Qualifications

  • Background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
  • Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset with a real passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

As part of the DWP Restart Scheme, you'll deliver tailored, one-to-one support to help long-term unemployed individuals overcome barriers and find sustainable work.

We're looking for a people-focused, target-driven individual with emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to, and influence, a wide range of customers. In this role, you'll wear many hats supporting, encouraging, signposting, advising, coaching, and inspiring individuals while building trust and challenging mindsets.

Salary:

£27,642 , rising to £29,407 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.

Location:

Onsite in Skelmersdale (WN8 6NN)

Hours:

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
