Fedcap Employment is recruiting for a role onsite in Staines to support individuals back into work under the DWP Restart Scheme. You will work toward KPIs, manage a caseload with face-to-face appointments, develop SMART action plans and provide job-searching support while helping clients gain confidence and new skills.

Salary: £28,438, rising to £30,253 following successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role.
Location: Onsite in Staines (TW18 4EP)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
