Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking an Employability Practitioner to build relationships in Worcestershire and help participants overcome barriers to employment. You will empower individuals with practical tools and motivation to progress towards sustainable work within a supportive team.

Role requires satisfactory references, enhanced DBS, a valid driving licence and the right to work in the UK. The employer offers generous leave, a contributory pension and an employee assistance programme.
