Responsibilities

• Identify, nurture and secure suitable job opportunities for unemployed individuals in the Worcestershire area.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to widen employment options for participants.
• Support participants to address barriers such as finances, tenancy, well-being and digital literacy to move towards sustainable employment.
