Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre environments is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand and explain financial products clearly.
• Resilience in handling challenging conversations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers experiencing financial difficulty to discuss their situation and tailor repayment options.
• Make and take calls across a variety of accounts (car finance, bank accounts, loans, mortgages, etc.).
• Provide personalised, customer-focused service and deliver tailored debt repayment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty requirements and drive fair outcomes for customers.
