Job summary

Intrum is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Reigate to assist customers facing financial challenges with empathy and clear guidance. You will tailor solutions and build trust while navigating diverse financial products and regulations.

The role is hybrid, with an initial office induction, 40 hours per week, and operating hours Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:30. A competitive base salary with OTE complements private medical insurance and wellbeing discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and empathy in every customer interaction.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Good numeracy and English literacy to explain financial products clearly.
• Experience in customer service or call centre environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers in financial difficulty and provide tailored repayment solutions.
• Make and receive calls about various accounts and investigate debt details.
• Deliver personalised, transparent service and reduce customer debt.
• Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty regulations and outcomes.
• Utilise AI-assisted tools to provide relevant information and next-best actions.
