Riverside is seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Trippet Street, Hull. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with a salary of £28,031.56 per annum.

You will support customers with employability, money management, benefits, and move-on plans while keeping clear records. We welcome applicants with experience of working with vulnerable people and a caring, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Understanding barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups.
• Experience of delivering structured support and risk management.
• Team player with caring, empathetic, flexible and resilient attitude.
• Desirable: knowledge of trauma-informed approaches.

• Signing up for benefits or moving on to a permanent home.
• Keeping records and completing admin tasks.
