Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers about financial situations and tailor repayment solutions.
• Make and receive calls to/manage various customer accounts (car finance, bank accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages).
• Provide transparent, customer-focused service to reduce debt and ensure fair outcomes under Consumer Duty regulations.
• Work with AI-assisted tools to provide guidance and next-best actions during conversations.
