Job summary

Bromford in Wolverhampton is seeking Customer Services Advisors to join our Customer Services Centre at the Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL). You’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers with repairs, housing queries and guidance, delivering a warm, personalised experience.

We value people who care, stay calm under pressure and are quick to learn new digital tools. Training is provided, with opportunities in permanent and 12-month fixed-term roles, aligned to business needs.

Qualifications

• No scripted contact centre role; focus on genuine care and flexible problem solving.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to learn new systems and use digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer enquiries from start to finish.
• Provide practical solutions and resolve issues wherever possible.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic and personalised customer experience.
