Bromford is hiring Customer Services Advisors to join our busy frontline team in Wolverhampton. You’ll handle a range of housing and repairs enquiries across multiple channels, delivering practical, empathetic solutions and ensuring customers feel heard and supported.

We’re looking for people who enjoy solving problems, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure. Full-time hours, with a flexible rota and a permanent contract.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or contact centre is preferred.
