Qualifications

• Previous experience in Receptionist, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Client Care or Front of House roles.
• Excellent communication and telephone-based customer service skills.
• Warm, friendly and empathetic approach.
• Confidence building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of incoming calls.
• Taking down personal information and adding details to the inhouse system.
• Diary management.
• Using Microsoft Teams to answer calls and book meetings.
• Maintaining an empathetic approach and handling confidential information.
