Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, or Customer Service role.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with people at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
• High attention to detail.
