Qualifications

• Previous experience in Receptionist, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Client Care, or Front of House roles.
• Excellent communication and telephone-based customer service skills.
• Warm, friendly and empathetic approach.
• Confident building relationships with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls.
• Record personal information and input into in-house system.
• Diary management and scheduling.
• Use Microsoft Teams to answer calls and book meetings.
• Maintain empathetic and confidential handling of information.
