Lush Crawley is seeking a Temporary Trainee Manager (32 hours per week) to support the store team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the store manager to coach staff, build a strong team, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and community engagement.

The role focuses on developing leadership capabilities, team growth, and delivering memorable shopper experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Work with the store manager to plan and lead the in-store team.
• Support the store manager in building a customer-focused team.
• Participate in training, give feedback, and observe leadership.
• Lead a management team to achieve top-box store goals.
• Delegate to the management team to meet customer and store needs.
• Contribute to budgeting, staffing, and stock control for the store.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised store and strong stock management.
• Develop relationships within the local community and with partner organizations.
