Job summary

Intermodal Tank Transport (ITT) is seeking an organised customer service professional to act as the first point of contact for a defined customer list. You will handle order requests, provide service information, and ensure timely recharges of costs.

You will keep customers informed of load and delivery updates, coordinate with internal teams, and produce reports on OTIF and costs. This role focuses on accurate data entry, issue resolution, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order requests and provide accurate service information.
• Inform customers of changes, delays, and alternatives with costs.
• Communicate transport events such as load and delivery confirmations.
• Record order details in the system and coordinate with internal teams.
• Review reports and recharge any applicable costs after completion.
• Monitor templates against orders to ensure clear instructions.
• Assess complaints and implement safeguards against recurrence.
• Highlight unrecoverable costs to Team Leader.
• Monitor OTIF performance and suggest improvement plans.
• Produce customer-requested reports within required timeframes.
