Zusammenfassung

SGN is recruiting an Emergency Gas Responder (FCO) to join our field team across Oxford and surrounding towns. You will detect gas leaks, engage customers with confidence, and resolve issues to ensure safety and comfort for households and businesses.

You’ll operate in a 24/7 rota with standby and overtime, driving a van equipped for field work. A current UK ACS qualification and a full driving licence are essential, with MET1-4 preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current ACS qualification (CCN1 or CESPI), ideally MET1–4.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Friendly, customer-service oriented with public interaction ability.
• Willingness to work 24/7 on a rota, including nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Identify gas leaks in homes and businesses and keep people safe.
• Engage with customers with confidence and knowledge to resolve issues.
• Provide 10/10 customer service experience.
• Attend gas escapes within regulatory deadlines and ensure safety for people, property and the environment.
• Maintain van, PPE and equipment for safe operations.
