Job summary

A leading gas utility company is seeking an Emergency Gas Responder to maintain customer safety in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a valid ACS qualification. You will work independently, solve problems, and engage with the public. The position offers a base salary of £43.4k, with increased earning potential through standby and overtime. Qualifications

• A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• A current ACS qualification, CCN1 or CESPI, ideally MET1 to 4.
• A full and valid driving licence is essential.
