Qualifications

• Ability to multitask with competing priorities.
• Good communication with emergency teams and callers.
• Able to work in high-pressure environments and maintain calmness.

Responsabilités

• Assign ambulance resources to emergencies and urgent events.
• Liaise with emergency call takers, ambulance crews and other services.
• Use radio, text, telephone and computer-aided dispatch systems to coordinate responses.
