South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust in Bristol is seeking an Ambulance Dispatcher (Band 4) to play a key role in the Emergency Operations Centre. You will help deploy and manage Trust vehicles across emergency and non-emergency calls, working a 24/7 rota and contributing to a fast-paced control room environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at C or above including English.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment and management of Trust vehicles to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Operate within a 24/7 rota including weekends, nights and bank holidays.
• Participate in assessment centre process and candidate screening.
