Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.

• Flexible with shifts to ensure reception cover.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of TrakCare and other NHS systems - training provided.
• IT skills including Outlook and Word.
• Communicate clearly with the public and all hospital staff.
• Provide a comprehensive and efficient Reception service in the Emergency Department.
• Register/book in patients and update records; make referrals as needed.
• Prioritise, problem-solve, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
