Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify patient in the ADT system under pressure to ensure correct assignment.
• Bedside registration: collect demographics, insurance, and regulatory signatures.
• Answer multi-line telephone; manage inquiries and transfer calls.
• EMS desk support: relay patient details and vital information accurately.
• Ensure EMTALA compliance and proper down-time workflow in busy ED.
