Job summary

Albany Med Health System is seeking an experienced Learning & Organizational Development Leader to join the AMHS - Enterprise Project Management Office. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating education programs across the health system to support leadership and clinical teams.

The candidate will manage end-to-end instructional design, apply LEAN problem-solving, and mentor leaders while coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Min 5yrs experience in learning & development, organizational development or related.
• Practical experience using Learning theories, Instructional Design, interactive training and learning design principles.
• 5 years acute healthcare leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency with learning management systems and online training platforms.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end learning processes with delivery across multiple methodologies.
• Conduct learning evaluations and recommend program design changes.
• Translate complex messages for diverse audiences with strong communication skills.

Salary Range: $84,783.00 - $131,414.00
