Job summary

CSL seeks a Regional Total Reward Analyst to support the Regional Sr. Manager – EMEA. The role encompasses health, risk, pension, wellbeing offerings, compensation and harmonization across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German is highly preferred.
• Experience in health and wellness programs or benefits is desirable.
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market trend analysis to keep reward structures competitive.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost management for reward programs.
• Analyze utilization, cost and outcomes; prepare dashboards and insights.
• Coordinate with in-region vendors, brokers and stakeholders for program rollouts.
• Provide data-driven insights for hiring and retention decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and CSL governance.
