Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Regional Total Reward Analyst to support the Regional Sr. Manager – EMEA. The role covers health, risk, pension and wellbeing, as well as regional harmonization initiatives.

You will partner with the Total Reward Partner and Delivery team to design, implement, administer, renew and evaluate Total Rewards across a complex, multi-country EMEA environment while ensuring compliant and well-governed programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health and wellness programs or employee benefits.
• Fluency in English and German highly preferred.
• Experience with Workday desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of market trends to keep reward structures competitive and equitable.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost management, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and insights to support decision-making and benchmarking.
• Coordinate with in-region vendors and stakeholders to execute benefit initiatives.
• Support communication of Total Reward offerings to drive engagement.
