Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a Staff Program Manager, Total Rewards, EMEA to lead the day-to-day compensation, benefits and wellbeing initiatives across the region, acting as a subject matter expert and driver of program delivery.

You will partner with Country Management and wider HR teams, manage complex data, provide counsel, ensure regulatory compliance and align programs with external market benchmarks. Travel up to 10% and remote NI options available.

Qualifications

• Extensive total rewards knowledge across compensation, benefits and wellbeing.
• Proven data analysis and storytelling for stakeholders.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks in multinational manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embed total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert total rewards advice to Country Management and HR teams.
• Manage, analyse and interpret complex data and translate insights.
• Design and align compensation & benefits with external market.
• Project manage total rewards programs with stakeholder engagement.
• Develop cost models and policies for rewards programs.
• Prepare communications and presentations for management and employees.
• Manage external vendors and dashboards for program effectiveness.
• Oversee annual compensation processes and salary benchmarking.
