Anthropic in London is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment in EMEA. You will lead a team of Technical Deployment Leads embedded with strategic customers, owning engagement portfolio health and defining delivery strategies across markets and industries.

You will not write production code, but will pressure-test technical decisions and maintain executive relationships. You will hire, develop, and retain a high-bar team, while managing complex engagements end-to-end from SOW through

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery.
• 3+ years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
• Executive presence: polished, credible with senior leaders.
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in a location-based hybrid policy in a multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Deployment Leads (TDLs) embedded with strategic customers in EMEA.
• Own portfolio health and set delivery quality standards across the team.
• Define delivery strategy and account plans for different markets and use cases.
• Maintain executive relationships with customer sponsors and drive steering committees.
• Hire, develop, and retain TDLs; manage regular 1:1s and growth plans.
• Engage in architecture discussions with engineering leads and executives for credibility.
• Travel to customer sites across EMEA (25–50%) and occasional travel to the US.
• Across engagements, ensure alignment with Legal, Security, and risk functions.
