Shield AI is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to drive growth across EMEA, enabling new market entries and scaling high-impact engineering and commercial teams. You will work with senior leaders as a trusted advisor and market expert to shape talent strategy for global expansion.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for senior and hard-to-fill roles, design regional sourcing strategies, and champion employer branding to attract top talent across diverse EMEA markets.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic talent acquisition partner experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, GTM roles, and public sector SaaS or defence space.
• Strong credibility with senior leaders and executives as a trusted advisor.
• Deep understanding of EMEA talent dynamics and market intelligence.
• Commercially minded and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior and executive stakeholders to understand business objectives and capability gaps.
• Translate market entry plans into scalable, data-driven regional TA strategies.
• Advise on talent trends, market intelligence, and competitive hiring strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, critical, and hard-to-hire roles across EMEA.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract engineering and commercial talent regionally.
• Shape local hiring approaches while maintaining a global hiring standard.
