Qualifications

• Deep expertise in advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of the EU talent landscape, including regional talent hubs and candidate behaviors.
• 8+ years of sourcing experience across multiple EU markets and roles.
